These terms govern your use of ContractIQ, a federal contract intelligence service operated by Integritas Advisors LLC. By subscribing, you agree to what follows.
1. About the Service
ContractIQ delivers AI-generated daily briefings on federal contract opportunities sourced from publicly available U.S. government data. Briefings are filtered by your registered NAICS code and emailed to you each business day.
The service is operated by Integritas Advisors LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("we," "us," "Company"). "ContractIQ" is a product brand of Integritas Advisors LLC.
2. Eligibility
You may use ContractIQ if you are at least 18 years old, located in the United States, and using the service for legitimate business purposes related to federal contracting. ContractIQ is a business-to-business service.
3. Subscription & Billing
- Price: $99.00 USD per month.
- Billing cycle: Charged on signup, then automatically renewed each month on the anniversary of your signup date.
- Payment processor: All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your card information.
- Taxes: Prices are exclusive of any applicable sales or use tax, which may be added at checkout.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel at any time by emailing david@contractiqhq.com or using the unsubscribe link in any briefing email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period — you retain access through that date.
After the first 7 days — and for all subsequent renewals — payments are non-refundable. No pro-rated refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
ContractIQ briefings are generated by artificial intelligence using public data sources, primarily SAM.gov and USASpending.gov. While we apply scoring filters and validation passes designed to surface high-quality matches and reduce errors, AI-generated analysis may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or misinterpretations.
You are responsible for independently reviewing any solicitation, contract opportunity, or counterparty before making a bid, business, or financial decision. Briefings are informational only and are not bid recommendations, legal advice, or financial advice.
6. No Government Affiliation
ContractIQ and Integritas Advisors LLC are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SAM.gov, the General Services Administration, the U.S. Department of Defense, USASpending.gov, or any other U.S. federal, state, or local government agency. We are a private commercial service that aggregates and analyzes publicly available government data.
7. Data Accuracy
ContractIQ relies on third-party APIs and public datasets that we do not control. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any government data referenced in a briefing. Always verify directly at the source (e.g., SAM.gov) before acting on any opportunity.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Resell, redistribute, or republish ContractIQ briefings without our written consent;
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our scoring logic, prompts, or system architecture;
- Use the service to send spam, harass others, or violate applicable law;
- Share your subscription with users outside your organization.
9. Intellectual Property
The ContractIQ name, logo, brand assets, scoring methodology, email templates, and software are the intellectual property of Integritas Advisors LLC. The underlying federal data referenced in briefings is public domain. The synthesis, commentary, and presentation of that data is our copyrighted work product, licensed to you for internal business use only during your active subscription.
10. Service Availability
We aim to deliver a briefing each U.S. business morning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. ContractIQ depends on third-party services (SAM.gov, Anthropic, Stripe, Google, Airtable, n8n) whose availability we do not control. We are not liable for missed or delayed briefings caused by upstream outages or scheduled maintenance.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Integritas Advisors LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to ContractIQ shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost contracts, or lost business opportunities — even if advised of the possibility.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Integritas Advisors LLC and its officers, employees, and contractors from any claim arising out of your misuse of ContractIQ, your violation of these terms, or your business decisions made in reliance on a briefing.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, chargeback activity, or any conduct we determine in good faith to be harmful to the service or other users. Where reasonable, we will pro-rate and refund the unused portion of your current billing period.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to your subscription address at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
