This policy explains what data ContractIQ collects, how we use it, and the third-party services that help us deliver your daily briefings.
1. Who We Are
ContractIQ is a service operated by Integritas Advisors LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. This policy applies to data collected through contractiqhq.com, our onboarding form, our subscriber emails, and related services.
2. Information We Collect
You provide directly
- Name and business email address (required for service delivery);
- Company name and your role;
- NAICS code, products and services description, target customers, and other business profile details;
- SAM.gov registration status, UEI, and CAGE code (if you provide them);
- Feedback ratings on individual briefings (thumbs-up / thumbs-down and optional reason).
We fetch from public sources on your behalf
- SAM.gov: entity registration status, exclusion records, and current opportunity data filtered to your NAICS code;
- USASpending.gov: historical federal award data associated with your CAGE code for past-performance context.
These are public datasets. We retrieve and present them; we do not own them.
Automatically
- Payment metadata from Stripe (subscription status, billing email, last four digits of card — we never see full card numbers);
- Email engagement signals such as feedback link clicks and unsubscribe events;
- Standard server logs from our hosting providers (GitHub Pages for the website, n8n Cloud for workflow processing).
3. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver daily briefings filtered to your NAICS and business profile;
- To send onboarding, verification, and account communications;
- To process your subscription payment;
- To improve scoring and briefing quality based on aggregate feedback;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your personal information. We use the Anthropic API (Claude) to generate briefing analysis. Under Anthropic's Commercial Terms governing API usage, your inputs and outputs are not used to train AI models by default, and Anthropic retains API logs only for short operational and safety periods. 4. Sub-Processors
We rely on the following third-party services to operate ContractIQ. Each has its own privacy policy.

5. Data Retention
We retain your account information while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations (typically up to 7 years for billing records).
Subscriber records are retained in our Airtable database. Briefing emails sent to you remain in your inbox and our Gmail "Sent" folder per Google's standard retention. Feedback ratings are retained indefinitely in aggregated form for service improvement.
6. Your Rights
Regardless of where you live, you may at any time:
- Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate information;
- Delete your account and associated personal data;
- Export your data in a portable format;
- Object to specific uses of your data;
- Withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
To exercise any of these rights, email david@contractiqhq.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Two practical limitations apply. First, certain records — particularly billing transactions held by Stripe — must be retained by us or our sub-processors to comply with tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations (typically up to 7 years), and we cannot delete those on request. Second, most of our processing is essential to deliver the service (filtering opportunities, generating briefings, sending email). If you object to such processing, the practical remedy is to cancel your subscription, after which we will delete your remaining account data as described above.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell personal information.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), authenticated API access, and access controls on our database. No system is perfectly secure, however — we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you use the service at your own risk.
8. International Users
ContractIQ is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the U.S., your data will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States. By using ContractIQ, you consent to this transfer.
9. Children
ContractIQ is a business service not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Cookies & Tracking
Our website (contractiqhq.com) is static and uses minimal tracking. Stripe Checkout (when you sign up) sets its own cookies for payment security and fraud prevention — see Stripe's privacy policy for details. We do not use advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or third-party analytics that profile individual users.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers at least 14 days before taking effect. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
